The very first house he showed us and stated that it wasn't worth the asking price and that we could do better, he was right. He's not just out there to make a quick sale. Great,͏ Smooth, headaches less transaction.
I have used Mr. Ferrell a couple of tike, as a buyer, and as a seller. Both ways I was very happy and satisfied with what he had to offer. As a buyer, he made sure I got what I wanted, and as a seller, he made sure I was offer over was I was asking. Doing all the negotiations on my behalf. We sold a 10 acre wooded parcel in Columbiaville, MI. Was sold fairly quickly and at asking price. After the sale, Doug did a Market analysis, so that we could get our taxes done right. Very happy with the service before and after the sale!
