Doug went above and beyond in our opinion! This was our first time buying a home and were definitely nervous getting started. Doug explained everything in plain English, making understanding the contracts so much easier lol. He even gave us great insights on things we wouldn’t have thought of. He was definitely a one stop shop if you’re thinking of buying a home. 10/10 recommend him to everyone!

Working with Doug felt like family! He was so accommodating, flexible and generous! He went above and beyond with everything he did for us! He was with us every step of the way and made sure we never had any stress during the process of selling our home while buying another home. Couldn’t imagine doing this with anyone else 5 stars isn’t enough!

Where do I begin? There is so much to share about my experience so I’ll try to keep it short. Doug is truly a committed, dedicated, and most importantly sympathetic person. He worked his butt off day in and day out. It’s easy to write a 5 star review for a job that was completed without any hiccups, but that wasn’t our case. Despite our transaction being the most painstaking one, he never gave up, once again he worked his butt off as well as his team. These are the kind of people everyone should encounter in their life when buying a house because not only did I have the best experience with Doug, Kayla, and Bill they have become lifelong friends, and I will forever refer them for as long as I can. Doug deserves it all. By the end I couldn’t stop saying how much I love him and his team.

Doug and his team were great to work with! My fiancé and I were physically located in Southern CA and buying in the Central Valley. As you could imagine, we weren't too sure how this process would go being that we were not physically located in the area we were buying. But Doug made sure that would not be a problem. Our communication was 95% virtual from the moment we met with him to the moment we closed. He was very thorough and detailed and "held our hand" every step of the way. We closed in 16 days! We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Cental Valley.
