Drew was great as a local resource as we knew very little about the area. He helped us not only gain access to the homes we were interested in, but also kept us appraised of our standing in the final negotiations of our deal. Afterward, Drew availed himself as a contact for access to local contractors. He has a wealth of knowledge about the Bucks County area and the services available. His family is also involved in Real Estate and they all jumped in to help us tour and find the home that was right for us in the area we desired! We definitely recommend Drew and his team!

Drew did an outstanding job in selling our home. I am a retired real estate broker and I chose Drew to represent us because of my knowledge of his outstanding skills as well as his reputation and integrity. Drew recognized the outstanding quality of my home and priced it accordingly. The marketing was limited to 4 days and achieved 69 appointments and 9 agreements of sale. An unbelievable achievement but it really happened. Obviously, he is a marketing genius.

I cannot begin to say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Drew and Shana from REMAX Total. This is my 5th transaction with Drew, going back to 2006, which really says it all about my relationship with this team.

I purchased my new home with Drew in July, and listed my previous home in August. 30 days later we were closed and sold above asking. They handled it all – staging, pictures, videos, negotiations, online doc prep, wire transfers…everything. Drew even postponed his vacation to be there for the inspections.

Even after all of that, Drew then attended the closing on my behalf to allow me time to settle into my new home.

As a member of their five timers club, I highly recommend Drew & Shana. They give you the step-by-step on how to sell your home playbook, all you need to do is follow it. Wonderful 5-star experience.

Throughout my life I have met a lot of people, some good, some not so good 😉. It's rare these days to meet a true old school professional with integrity and grit. Drew Ferrara is truly one of the good guys. If I told you Drew showed my wife and I a couple dozen houses over the past few years, I would not be exaggerating. He has been more than patient with our search for the perfect next home. He saw us through 3 failed attempts to buy in this insane market and kept a positive attitude the whole time. He'd say "it just wasn't meant to be" and he was right. There were times we'd get frustrated and be willing to settle on less than we wanted and Drew would say "this isn't what you really want" and get us to take a step back to reality. He'd point out the good, the bad and the ugly of every house he showed us, he'd never glaze over anything. I could literally write a novel of our home search and the relationship with Drew, that has grown into a friendship.

Drew recently and quickly sold our home and probably set a record in our neighborhood. The precursor to this sale was helping us successfully purchase our new home, a home that ticked more boxes than any other we've seen before.
Drew and Shana Lauren Tomasulo made a series of large, difficult transactions a walk in the park and we are grateful to them and their whole team.

We had a great experience selling our home with Drew and Shana. They are a very good team with extensive realty experiences. They are honest, reasonable, and trustworthy. They helped us in every step of the way, managing the process from start to finish, answering all of our questions patiently, and guiding us through the process skillfully. After we signed the sale agreement, Drew immediately sent us the local sale comparison data and suggested a reasonable listing price based on his knowledge of the market. Shana prepared and kept the paperwork flowing smoothly. The photographs were fantastic and the property description was attractively written. Drew has an extensive network of realtors, which helped the sale tremendously. Only two days after the house was put on the market, we got a nice group of enthusiastic buyers to view the house by appointments in the next few days. Drew is also a very good deal maker with our interest at heart. Drew and Shana make a very good team!

I had interviewed several realtors after deciding to put the house up for sale. Drew was the most fair, reasonable and clear on what it would cost us and he had a clear plan of action. It was obvious when gauging the amount of sales each realtor had on record that many people trusted the work and experience Drew and his team were offering. In my case, I found Drew and Shana to be accessible, professional, and knowledgeable of all the intricate details of purchasing, selling and negotiating a contract of sale. If Drew was busy and unavailable, I was always able to get a hold of Shana. Drew has a very good process and a pleasant demeanor. I’m a very hard customer to please. You will not go wrong going with Drew.

Drew and his team were outstanding in the sale of my home. Pricing aside (which was fantastic) Drew was able to walk me through a listing price, provide reasoning for that price, find me a buyer very quickly, and make the transaction extremely easy! Drew and his team also help with the small details. As an example, I had some questions on the seller's disclosure and his team went the extra step to confirm some of the data and make sure the disclosure was filled out completely and accurately.

Drew is amazing! From the moment I expressed interest in selling my property, he evaluated it, told me what he thought I could do to maximize my value and worked to help get it all done.

He listed my house on a Friday. We had viewings by appointment only on Sat and Sunday. After reviewing 3 offers, we had a signed contract by Tuesday morning!
