Drew is an incredible realtor. He has helped my family through the purchase and sale of 2 homes. He made it all very smooth. He’s very responsive and professional, and also has a great personality and attitude. He sold our first house in 3 days. And when given the difficult task of listing a house in late fall, he brought in his expertise and got it sold in the middle of winter. He personally oversaw repairs when we couldn’t. Last minute issue came up, he drove all over town to figure it out and solve it. He knows the market, he knows Rochester, he knows the right people. Most importantly, he is honest and has the client’s best interest in mind.

Drew was awesome from the beginning of the meeting to the end. He was professional, very responsive through either texting, calling or email, and took care of problems succinctly. We did not build with Drew but bought a model home and between the loan company and north house everything went very well.
I would say his very lax but professional personality makes him feel like a friend you’ve known for years that you can text at any time. I think one his best qualities is that he continues to be your fiduciary even after the deal is over.
