Our family was highly impressed with the work done by The Scott Team. We hired Drew Lowe to sell our townhouse style condo in Germantown, MD and his team was able to stage it very fast and also to get the first offer within just 48 hours. Our home looked incredible with home staging and high definition listing pictures. The first offer to buy our house came before we even got to the open house date and we got the first offer above the asking price. We also hired Drew to help us with the process of buying a single family home very fast. Drew was able to get our offer accepted by the seller of our current beautiful single family home in Hagerstown, MD. We closed the loan so fast and moved in the home within a month. We were also impressed with the lender that Drew referred us to; Gerald Zapol at Homespire Mortgage. Gerald’s Team was excellent with processing our VA Home Loan purchase in record time. Our family suggests using Drew Lowe for your real estate service. He was professional and is very knowledgeable.

Drew was so excellent every step of the way. He was accommodating when I went on vacation after we had started viewing properties. He was very quick to look up any property I gave him details for and always had clear, prompt communication. When we viewed properties, he was extremely helpful in pointing out things to consider of the budget of the home (age of the HVAC system, water heater, and roof) and wouldn't hesitate to point out areas of concern. He listened to all the feedback I gave him after each property we viewed and even reminded me of things I had previously mentioned that were either present or not present at the current property we were viewing. His inputs never felt judgmental or condescending. It always felt like I was spending time with a friend who cared whether or not I got the house that was right for me. Finally, when I found the house I would eventually buy, he helped me devise a strategy to craft a good offer that the owners couldn't refuse but didn't leave me feeling like I got the short end of the stick. I cannot recommend Drew enough. I hope to work together with him again in the future.

We were looking for a second home in the Columbia MD area and were interested in a home Drew Lowe had listed. I met with Drew at his listing and then we viewed one other the same evening. From the moment I met Drew I could tell he was a consummate professional and was very passionate about his customer's desires. Due to the wonderful experience that first evening, we had Drew search for houses for us. After the first visit we did our entire search long distance/remote with Drew doing video walkthroughs. Drew was always honest with us about the houses, strategic in guidance with offers, kept our desires in his mind, and never let us get caught up in the market frenzy. Drew was also very accommodating to our schedule and showings . We found a home and Drew continued to impress throughout the closing process. I am 54 years old and have completed many real estate transactions and I have to say Drew is the best realtor I have ever dealt with - nobody is even close. On top of all this, Drew recommended a number of contractors to help with updates to the house and so far all have worked out superbly - so you not only get a wonderful professional realtor but also a contractor rolodex of other professionals and not the least of which was the mortgage company recommendation. Needless to say - do yourself a favor and get Drew Lowe on your team.

Sold a home with Drew Lowe in Gaithersburg.
My husband and I live out of state and wanted to sell our rental condominium. We read reviews and based on past customer experiences and review scores we selected the Scott Team International. We requested Drew Lowe to represent us and are extremely happy and satisfied in our decision. He was knowledgeable of the local recent sales and provided us sales guidance and assistance in selecting contractors to rehab our unit prior to sale. He kept us informed during the sales process and was responsive to our questions and requests. The end result is that we had a beautiful, updated condo for sale and received 4 offers, all above our asking sales price, within 2 days!

Drew was great. Responsive, easy to work with, provided a down to earth perspective in a crazy market. My husband and I are polar opposites in approach and requirements and Drew was able to accommodate both of us without issue. Would recommend unequivocally to anyone.
