Dustin Hanneman

A native to Fergus Falls, Minnesota, Dustin started selling real estate in the St. Cloud and surrounding area in 1999. Growing up in a small town, Dustin appreciates the close connections and friendships he has made with clients over the past 20+ years as a Realtor. Much of his business comes from referrals and past clients who continue to trust Dustin with all of their real estate questions and needs.

In 2013, Dustin formed a small Twin Cities-based real estate company which specialized in investment properties, remodeling homes, and helping clients buy and sell. Operating his own company gained him a large professional network and expertise in assisting clients with their real estate needs including residential, land and investment properties. Dustin has a deep understanding of the current market in both Central Minnesota and the Twin Cities. His goal is to make the process of buying or selling a home as simple and beneficial as possible for his clients.

Currently, Dustin lives in Cold Spring with his wife and two children. When Dustin is not helping clients, he enjoys boating on the lakes, traveling, playing racquetball and spending time with family.
