Beyond writing, Dustin has actively studied and worked to help document and preserve abandoned private cemeteries, historic sites, and overlooked landmarks throughout the Midwest and South.
It was this deep interest in history and preservation that ultimately inspired Dustin to enter the real estate profession. For him, real estate is more than transactions—it’s about stewardship.
