If you're looking for an agent to efficiently handle your real estate needs, Ms. Brazil is the one for you. My initial phone conversation with her was amazing. She asked all of the important questions and we immediately got to work on the sell of my home. The communication during the process was great. I never had to question or second guess anything. Once it was listed, it was on the market for less than one month. No matter if you're the seller or buyer, you will receive awesome service.

As I type this I have tears in my eyes. They are tears of joy and purpose. Dwanyetta (Nicole) was absolutely instrumental and orchestrated to me finding and purchasing my perfect home in the perfect location. I wanted a realtor who could match my intentions of positivity, kindness and spiritual growth during the purchasing process. Nicole showed extensive knowledge no matter who she collaborated with, from showing the house , to making an offer , inspections, repair negotiations, contractual details, closing, Nicole got answers to every possible question I could throw at her (of which there were many). Low and behold, there were days that came when I was calling Nicole in a full panic attack in the middle of the night ( and then again at 6 AM in the morning). She was always available to me and that showed she truly cared about my purchasing process and me physically mentally, and spiritually. Although there were what seemed to be obstacles trying to get in the way of a smooth purchase, Nicole’s calming demeanor, spiritual uplifting and patience was exactly what I needed to get me through those more difficult/time sensitive issues. She was with me every step of the way negotiating, advocating and going the extra mile which many other realtors don't do (but could). Even more importantly, Nicole made me feel valued as a client and as a friend. It is rare these days to find dedicated and conscientious individuals like Nicole, who strive to make service excellence, and client focus and satisfaction, more than just cliches. She recognized that there is a societal shift going on, and it is toward inclusion , celebrating and equal access, Nicole is helping lead the way in eliminating racial disparities surrounding selling and purchasing a home. She’s opening opportunities for every person to purchase their dream homes. Truly there are not enough words to express all of my gratitude to her for the support during my purchasing process. Nicole is not just an amazing realtor but she’s a phenomenal person and anyone would be truly blessed to cross paths with her..

Mrs.Brazil is by far the best broker I have experienced. She understood what I was looking for and her patience with me and my uncertainties was outstanding. She did not try to push me into a home that did not suit the needs of my family. If I ever decide to purchase another home, I would definitely be reaching out to her again.
