Dwight is very attentive and responsive, almost too much so, where I was a afraid to interrupt his Sunday afternoon because I knew I would get a reply within 5 minutes of texting him a question.

My primary critique is that I felt his advice and explanations were not as direct and explicit as I would like. This was my first experience interacting with a realtor / agency so I didn't know what to expect. Everything worked out well and I was satisfied with the experience.

I worked closely with Dwight over a few months to sell my home. He showed up within 24 hours of the first time I contacted him to take a look at the property, is very professional and incredibly easy to work with. He offered a lot of things that other realtors I looked into did not; I really appreciated the up front home inspection he did (that he paid for out of pocket!), as well as the professional photography. Admittedly, I thought my property would be a tough one to sell, but Dwight worked his magic faster than I thought we would. There was some repairs needed as well, and Dwight had a contractor take care of it for no money up front (paid at time of closing). We have utilized Dwight's excellent services in buying our new home and selling our old home. We had him driving all over the country showing us places. Never did we feel pressured and he was very insightful in listing the positives and negatives of a property. He was insistent that we find the perfect home for our needs and not settle for less. After 6 weeks, we did find our perfect home. Dwight helped us negotiate a great contract and our closing went very smoothly. There was never a second thought as to whom we would list our old home based on our buying experience. Dwight did an excellent job of guiding us through the process of selling our home. Initially we did a walk through and he suggested areas that needed enhancement and areas that were fine which I was concerned about resulting in efficient use of my time. He orchestrated a beautiful virtual tour of the home as well as a for sale sign. The house was on the market for a total of 5 hours! He was great in guiding us through obtaining a contract, addressing concerns of the buyer and lining up repairs. All the way to the final closing he kept us up to date on all activities related to the home and the processes involved with the closing. The closing went very smoothly due to his diligence on detail and superb service attitude. We could not have asked for anything more and highly recommend anyone needing a realtor to give Dwight a call, either buying or selling.

He took the time to get to know me as a person to better help me buy the right home instead of just trying to sell me a house and be on his way. It was a real treat to work with Dwight. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient with all the questions I had. I found Dwight after my first realtor had my house on the market for 6 months. He had my house under contract within a month. He kept me informed with every step of the process. My family and I spent a couple of months looking for a house on our own like blind mice. One day we found a listing online where Dwight with Remax was the listing agent. Immediately we knew that this was someone we wanted to work with, and knew that he would be the one to help us. First time homebuyers and completely clueless, Dwight was very helpful and patient with us. Just a couple of months later and we have found our new home! Highly recommend him.

In 30+ years, we have dealt in numerous property transactions, such as buying, selling, and renting as landlords. By far, Dwight has been the most professional, upstanding, knowledgeable, honest, and accommodating real estate agent we have had.
