I have purchased and sold many properties over the past three decades. Marketing a vacant, wooded lot, is a Herculean task for any realtor. In order to differentiate my listing and have it stand out, I opted to use a realtor experienced in high-quality drone photography.

The aerial photography was amazing and allowed Dwight to showcase the property from many unique angles, allowing the prospective buyer to view the lot, the proximity to the St. Johns river, and the surrounding neighborhood.

Dwight Skyers is by far the most skilled agent I have worked with. Upon meeting with him, it was clear he had done his homework and came more prepared than other agents I interviewed.

In making the decision on the listing price, Dwight carefully listened, and in the end, the listing price was spot-on.

Dwight is an excellent collaborator, very motivated, and most of all, confident. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to manage the final negotiations.
