Dyanna Nichols originally hails from Atlanta, Georgia, and spent some years in California before discovering her true passion in Sedona, Arizona. She has called Sedona home for more than 21 years and is deeply committed to the community, both personally and professionally.
Known locally as "The Hiking Realtor" Dyanna Nichols is adept at navigating tough terrain and isn't afraid to trail blaze. From handling the first known Title and Escrow handled Bitcoin Real Estate transaction in the state of Arizona, to skillfully negotiating for out-of-state clients, she isn't afraid to go the extra mile. Accompanied by Samantha Stellar at her side, and her transaction coordinator Danni Barker, these three women have made many a client happy in Sedona and the Verde Valley.
With a background is in the Food and Beverage Industry, starting out as a private chef and ending in bar management, Dyanna Nichols gained interpersonal skills and the love of excelling under pressure. She prides herself on a personal touch, from taking the time to listen to all of her clients’ needs, to staging her listings with attentive care, to baking from scratch for every Open House.

Her career as a Realtor has brought her much fulfillment, specializing in retirement relocation for out of state Buyers and local Sellers.
