My Realtor knocked one over the fence, first inning, first at bat. She knew I had limited time in town so she spent weeks researching properties for me. I’m on the picky side, so she would not waste my time unless the property checked all the boxes. We saw 5 places and ended up buying the first one. Could not be happier living in Paradise. Her name is Betsy Kelly, I call her Elizabeth, don’t care what you call her, just call her.

Betsy was 15 out of 10! We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. Betsy is truly the Best Realtor in St Augustine!!! We were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. Her responsiveness was incredible. She meets you always with positive attitude, and big smile on her face. We were a first-time home buyer. We had no idea about every step of the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. We had some issues, but Betsy made everything nice and smooth. She works for You!!!. If she didn’t pick up the phone, she always calls back no longer than 5 minutes later. If I texted her a question on something, she would often respond in 2 minutes or less. Seriously. She made the buying process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. When my brother decided to sell his house there was no other realtor that I could recommend. Betsy did amazing job. My brother sold his house in two weeks and the best out of it, she negotiated the price my brother wanted. Betsy is the best to get the higher selling price. She is really working for You!!! I would strongly recommend Betsy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, I would recommend her 100%. I would trust her with my eyes closed and her attention to detail and level of time/dedication to the clients is outstanding. She really treats the situation like she is purchasing/selling the property –she looks out for you and have your best interest in mind. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Betsy again! Looking for the best Realtor who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority. She would go above and beyond to negotiate in your Best interest.
