I don’t even know where to begin. Erica went above and BEYOND for us. She spent a month and a half to help me find my mom a condo that suits her perfectly. On top of her game the whole time. I was not able to attend closing she even met my mom at the bank to ensure extra help for closing. Right down to the last final walk through to which she noticed minor things we asked to be done that were not and she made sure they would be done! The little things did not go unnoticed and she was always able to get me into showings right away and worked with my schedule. Always in contact and replying to us in late hours and early mornings. From the time I called to list all the way to closing Ed and his team did an excellent job for us. Their response time was quick for concerns or questions we had. Ed’s many years of experience helped us out greatly when our septic field didn’t pass the county inspection. Despite being a long process, she had the patience to wait it out with us until we finally found our home. Very good real estate company to work thru. AGENTS were very friendly and respective to your personal goals and objectives. They provided us with guidance and oversight, as to the current and projected health of the housing market. ON TOP OF THEIR GAME! Well-versed on housing availability.

If you had specific questions that needed research, they took the time to investigate and get back with you ASAP. You felt no uneasiness in telling them that a specific showing did not meet your wishes.
Also, along the same line, they worked with you as aggressively in day i.e. 50, as they did in day one.

SAME QUALITIES EXISTED IN THE SELLING OF OUR HOME , TO INSURE OUR ASKING PRICE WAS CORRECT.

I would be back at their shop in two years, if they were a car dealership,OR car repair shop.
