I really enjoyed working with Eddie during my home buying process. The one thing that stood out the most and I will never forget it - He always made me feel like I was his only and most important client; even though I know I wasn’t, I was never able to tell. He was always available to take my calls and answer questions and I never felt rushed. Eddie made my process seem so smooth and effortless for me which only means he was working like a beast behind the scenes. He goes over, beyond and above for his clients. I fell in love with my home when I first laid eyes on it and Eddie worked tirelessly to make sure it became mines. He has an eye for detail and knows the process backwards and forwards which helps him to catch mistakes early which could cause problems later. Mr. Carr assisted my mother with her home purchase. From beginning to end he was authentic, courteous, professional and very informative. My experience with Eddie Carr was absolutely amazing, he is very knowledgeable about everything real estate. He goes above his job to help people not just make money off a sale, he discussed things with me that I probably should have been asking someone else but god sent me to him and if he knew anything about it he made sure he was throwing gems out. I never had to call him, he always kept me updated on everything. I didn’t have to lift a finger at all, he was a one man circus and it was greatly appreciated. He wasn’t just me and my husbands realtor, he was our motivator and supporter. I've know Eddie for years, when I was ready to purchase my home he was the first and only person to come to mind. He's always professional and kind. He explained to me what steps I would need to take in order for me to get the best outcome. It took me a year to reach those steps but he kept in touch with me checking in on my progress. Once I was financially ready he and Bianca who is great as well and very patient , she made me a priority as well as Eddie. They made my process simple, explained anything I had questions about. Even after I closed on my home he continues to keep in touch. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a home to contact him or Bianca. They are great at what they do.
