I can say I was a bit skeptical of the value that a buyer's agent can bring, given how much information is publicly available, but that was before we started working with Eddie. Eddie was invaluable to our home buying process and I don’t see us finding our fit without him.

There were multiple occasions during the process where Eddie really saved us from falling in love with the wrong home. Without his extensive knowledge, we would have made offers on houses with major plumbing or foundation issues. He was also there to keep us from making any impulse decisions, and always encouraged us to look at as many houses as we could before making a decision. He was truly looking out for our best interests and always made sure we knew the maintenance and risks involved in every property.

When we did finally find our home, Eddie continued to go above our expectations. We actually had a couple of major issues with our inspection, and we were worried that would be the end and we would need to find another home. Eddie understood our concerns and worked tirelessly with the sellers to ensure we were taken care of and that all the major issues we found were fixed. His strong relationships with great contractors also made it a breeze to fix the smaller things and to make all the improvements we envisioned for our home.

Overall, one might be inclined to go through the buyer’s process without an agent to save on fees, but I know I will be recommending Eddie to everyone in the future because the value he brings far and above exceeds the cost.

Eddie was more than prepared as a realtor to sell our property. I’ve known Eddie for a while and when it came time to move I asked him if he could get our home sold in a weekend because we were contingent on our purchase. He said “No problem”. We got the place prepped for sale do some minor repairs before listing. He called out exactly what an inspector would have called out and had us address it so that it wouldn’t cost us later in the transaction and that way when we listed the property it was in tip top shape. He takes the time to properly advertise and prepare photographs for the listing.

Not only did Eddie get the place sold within a weekend but he did it in 24 hours, and got us $28,000 over what we were asking for it! We didn’t even need the Open House that we had planned for that weekend! (Mind you, this is in a market that has been slowly declining since the Covid Boom.) That more than paid his commission and the buyers agent as well. Eddie is the very reason you hire a realtor, if a realtor is worth a damn, they will usually earn their commission and then some!

Eddie is a top notch realtor in the State of Oregon and shows it in his constant efforts to fulfill his promises.

I would recommend Eddie to anyone wanting to get a true professional to sell their house.

If you are looking for an outstanding real estate agent, I want to give Eddie my highest recommendation. Any real estate agent can list your house, show it and present offers. But what makes Eddie outstanding is his ability to make the sale when things don’t go as expected.

My house should have sold the first day with a bidding war. It was in a great neighborhood and recently remodeled. What prevented that from happening were major issues with one particular neighbor. Your typical real estate would have dumped you looking for easier sales. Eddie worked with me for over two month, going above and beyond the call of duty to deal with the neighbor, helping with a few repairs and a few other things to get the house sold. Ya, the neighbor brought down the value of the house, but where your typical realtor would have abandoned you, Eddie was relentless in helping me do what was necessary to get the house sold at a reasonable price.

If there were a medal of Honor for real estate agents, Eddie would have one. He is the best of the best and did an amazing job representing me.
