Eddie Kidwell

Eddie grew up in Historic Madison, Indiana, where he was exposed to two of his passions at a young age- old homes and antiques. He worked alongside his father on historic preservation rehabs and attended live auctions on wagon beds nearly every weekend with his mother. His strengths and interests led him to be granted scholarships in art and baseball, and he went on to play baseball at both Vincennes University where he received All- American honors, and at the University of Louisville where he graduated from with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Eddie has 25 years of residential real estate experience under his belt. It started with his time as the Regional Sales Manager with SurePoint Lending for 12 years that led him to being a full-time realtor. During those years, he also personally remodeled and flipped 8 properties, and was often hired by his clients as a consultant for remodels and interior design- all which make him well versed in the entire home buying process. These prior experiences in the industry taught him discipline and diligence that are now invaluable tools in Real Estate. He prides himself on his ability to hunt for the perfect home and being a skilled negotiator. He manages the process with emotional intelligence and enjoys guiding his clients to make financially confident decisions.

Eddie is the proud husband to his wife Kristin, and loving father to their two young boys, Wyatt and Hollis. The family lives by the "Kidwell Three"-kindness, bravery, and respect. Eddie is an active advocate for the local Mankind Project chapter and dedicates himself to helping men break through the old rules of masculinity so that we can all be better connected to the truth and love.
