Eddie would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about his background and why he brings value to his clients. He has had the pleasure of helping individuals and families in their tri-state area for over 24 years. He has consulted hundreds of families through the purchase, sell or building of their new home. Eddie is very thankful for the career he had before becoming a realtor where he gained a tremendous amount of construction and financing knowledge. He started out in construction as his first job then he spent 10 years in the modular industry. He also spent 4 years as a general manager for a national builder and in 2007 alone he oversaw the sales and construction of 27 houses for families here in the tri-state. In 2008 the financing crisis put the company he worked for out of business nationwide so going into real estate was just a natural fit for him.

Eddie has been a realtor now for 10 years and he has had the privilege to help hundreds of families either sell or purchase a home. During these past 10 years he chose to further his career and became a Real Estate Broker with also having his GRI, ABR and GREEN designations from the National Association of Realtors to better serve his clients. He is currently licensed to help you in West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. He works as an associate broker for Realty Exchange which is owned and operated by their principal broker Shane Radcliff.
