After earning an accounting degree in Guatemala City I worked as a contract preparer and negotiator at the shipping department of a coffee exporter for 2 years.
In 1984 I moved to New York where he lived for 4 year working in the painting and decoration business.
1988 I moved to California where after 2 years of working in the painting and decoration business I decided to start my own business including home repairs and continue until 2002. Along with my accounting background, having my own business, preparing estimates, contracts and doing negotiations with homeowners and most important serving my clients gave me skills that have become very handy in advising buyers, sellers and investors on potential costs and price negotiations when buying or selling real estate.
In 2002 I got my real estate license in California at Allied business School, I worked with buyers, sellers and investors. In 2006 I got my California broker’s license.
Keep in up with my continuing education, being in the industry since 2002 as a full time real estate agent/broker has given me a lot experience working with of short sales and foreclosures when the economy shifted from 2008-2012. In 2009 I earned my CDPE Certified Distress Property Expert Designation.
In 2012 I moved back to New York to be close to my family.
I have worked in different real estate markets and economy changes. Having sold many homes on the sellers and buyers side during my carrier and by putting my client’s best interest first has given me a good rapport with them and consequently they have become a good source of referrals for me. “Client satisfaction is one of my main priorities”.
In 4/2017 I joined Coldwell Banker as a full time Associate Broker.
