Edgar was extremely helpful with a recent condo I needed sold.
It was a bit of an extensive process because the owner had actually passed and as her executer I had a lot of unanswered questions. Edgar made the process extremely smooth, was continuously there when I had questions, and helped me to have everything ready that I needed for the closing of the condo, since I wasn’t really sure. He dealt with the association personally when I needed assistance and went above and beyond.
The condo was sold super quickly as well which was a huge plus.
I highly recommend him if you are in need of an efficient, reliable, and just great real estate agent.
