Prior to entering real estate in 2005, Edi designed costumes for film, television, and theatre. There she perfected her talent for listening and honed skills valuable in real estate: negotiation, budget management, and attention to detail. She values the importance of putting her clients’ needs center stage, and her design eye is key in staging her listings and visualizing property potential.

Born in Quebec City, Canada, and fluent in French, Edi lived in Manhattan and Los Angeles before settling in Larchmont. Her work in her previous career and love of travel found her spending extensive periods in France, Germany, Italy, London and Barcelona, as well as a year in India. This unique global perspective directly informs her process and provides an added bonus to her clients: an ability to talk candidly and expertly about the nuances of relocation.

Ms. Giguere has enjoyed success in real estate from the beginning of her career, earning a Westchester County Board of Realtors “Rookie of the Year Award.” She continues being honored and has received Westchester Magazine’s prestigious “5 Star Agent” award every year since 2009.
