Edie Downs

Edie is the owner/broker of Lucerne Valley Properties, Inc. She has been in the real estate field for over 25 years and a Lucerne Valley resident for over 20 years. Her first few years were primarily in residential property management and leasing and residential property development. She is knowledgeable of conventional frame construction, manufactured homes, and land in Lucerne Valley and the high desert area. Her real estate experience is both professional and personal since she is also a real estate investor.

She is very experienced and knowledgeable of the diverse housing industry in Lucerne Valley and the high desert area. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, she currently works with buyers and sellers of homes and land. She also works with investors in the area of tenant qualifying and placement.

Another one of her assets is the ability to speak fluent Spanish. Therefore, the services of client relations and customer service are provided in both Spanish and English. Her goal is to provide personal service with professional results to all of her clients.

Edie is currently a member of the High Desert Association of Realtors and serves on one of their boards. She is a recent addition to the Lucerne Valley Economic Development Association board, and she also has the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

When she is not busy with community real estate, she can be found enjoying her grandchildren, her furry friends, and tortoises.
