Edie brings a unique set of skills into her role in Real Estate. Raised in a ‘real estate family’ in Irving, Texas, Edie did not join the family business straight out of school, instead, she followed her father into the ‘construction world’. Working her way through every aspect of both residential and commercial construction, Edie brings to real estate a vast array of knowledge from this experience. Her 25-plus years’ experience allows her to guide and advise her clients with confidence through the entire process, whether building new, buying existing, commercial, land, or real estate development. All of her experiences made her transition into real estate seamless and has proven to be the perfect combination as her real estate business has grown exponentially over the years of her real estate career. Edie has a long record of successfully guiding local, national, and multi-national clients with their real estate acquisitions, leases, commercial property, and real estate development. Edie’s specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, land acquisition and research, new build projects, and all areas of residential real estate. Edie is focused on her family, she has been married to Alan for over 30 years, mother of a beautiful grown daughter, step-mom to a wonderful son and daughter-in-law. Alan is also in the construction world, her son owns an electrical company, her brothers are surveyors, a cousin is in the mortgage business and her father is still building, the family business goes on and on. Real estate is Edie’s passion, this passion is apparent to her clients and everyone around her as she gives her everything in all she does, for family, friends, and clients alike.
