I met Edith Ross while she was the Seller’s Agent for a property I was interested in viewing. She was so attentive to her client (the Seller) that I knew that as a Buyer I wanted her as my agent. She is an excellent agent. Buying in a different market can be stressful but Edith was always available and help me maneuver through this daunting process. She was knowledgeable about the market and always had my best interest in mind.

Before moving to Ohio, I bought and sold houses in Nevada, and I had a great real estate agent there. Unfortunately, he was not license in Ohio. I know what it is like to have excellent service provided by a great real estate professional (and I know what it is like to have a bad realtor too.) I wanted nothing less than excellent service when I decided to purchase in Ohio.

Edith is an excellent choice of realtor when buying/selling a home. Our initial meeting included a comprehensive presentation of marketing and pricing strategies. She took time to understand my needs as a seller and provided recommendations on how to make my home the most sellable. After each showing. she provided me with feedback and ways to continue to make my house attractive to potential buyers. The most helpful was the reminders to ensure that all documentation was signed, repairs completed and inspections are done in a timely manner. Last, when negotiations became stressful, she was an excellent advocate! My house was sold in the pandemic! I found Edith online and I was wary to choose a realtor that I had never met and would not see (we lived out of state). However, after speaking with Edith, i knew that she would do a great job for us. Edith has gone above and beyond for us! As i mentioned, we lived out of state and we trusted Edith so much, that we asked her to view a home for us. We ended up putting in an offer and buying the home, sight unseen. I have the pleasure of purchasing my first home with Edith Ross. She is an amazing realtor, she’s very nice, professional and she have a lot of patience with me. I sent her a lot of houses I wanted to see all times of the day and night (I work 3rd shift so it was mostly at night) before I was able to go out to see houses and she never complained about anything. Edith helped me to understand the process of purchasing a home. Edith gave me literature to read so that I can have a idea on what to expect during the home buying process. At 31 years of age I just closed on my first home today and I can honestly say that I don’t think that would have been likely to happen if it wasn’t for Edith representing me as my agent and her professionalism, trustworthiness and guidance every step of the way. I had no knowledge of the process involved in purchasing a home but she educated me throughout the entire ordeal making it a quick and easy process. Edith has been totally awesome from start to finish. She is very professional, very punctual, and knowledgeable. She has gone over and above and made me aware of everything going on with both the seller and my finance company at all times. If I had any questions, she made sure I had the answer, and was in constant communication with me. I really didn't have to do anything on my own. If she could not reach me with information I needed to know, she would call, leave a message, and follow up with a text message letting me know to reach out to her if I had any questions.
