Ed did an amazing job and really took the stress out of our home selling process. He has a deep base of industry knowledge, and connections to the best contractors in the area that helped to prepare our home for a successful open house. We had to move out of state after putting it on the market, but Ed made sure to keep us informed every step of the way so that we had nothing to worry about.

Working with Ed was quite enjoyable. I’ve done many real estate transactions and by far Ed was the most professional and easiest to deal with. He knows his profession and works hard for his clients. There was nothing we had to do because he was so good at his job. Being out of town can be difficult and frustrating unless you have a realtor like Ed. He took care of everything and helped us get the best price for our properties.

My wife and I were referred to Edmund Akers by my local realtor in California to help us sell a rental property in Jacksonville, Florida. In short, Ed is a highly professional, pleasant, and hard-working realtor who went well above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect and phase of the process. He coordinated with our property manager and the HOA to freshen-up and prepare the property for the market. Ed used his own items to stage the unit and make it look more appealing. He arranged and even performed several repairs that were identified during the inspection, and he kept me fullly informed during the entire process and engaged me at all of the right times. Overall, Ed worked tiredlessly and did an outstanding job for us. We recommend Ed Akers to anyone looking to purchase or sell property in the Jacksonville area, or anywhere else.
