Edna was everything a first time home buyer could hope for in a real-estate agent: honest, helpful, smart, and humerous. She was always available and was proactive. She knows when to hold your hand and when to back-off. Never pushy but isn't a "yes man" either. Knows the ins and outs of the system and is willing to go to bat for you: When our title company started to go into overdrive and request unnecessary documents (further delaying the closing and also costing us more $) Edna, with our permission, spoke directly to them and set them straight and the matter was dropped.
I get the impression that Edna really tries to match the right buyer to the right house. She clearly enjoys her work and is a font of positive energy, but never overwhelms you. Anyone who gets to work with Edna is very lucky.

We recently sold our house trough Edna Davoudi. She was recommended to us by a cousin who herself is a successful realtor. It was a very good recommendation as selling our proved to be a painless experience. Ms Davoudi was not only very courteous, considerate and kind but also resourceful, efficient and knowledgeable. She was up to date in the real estate situation in our neighbourhood, could easily spot potential buyers and how to approach them, and how to evaluate their credit worthiness.

Suffice it to say that Ms Davoudi managed to get two offers slightly above our asking price within two weeks after the house was put on market and finalized the sale contract before three weeks was over. She kept in intouch us and follow through selling process till closing and even after closing. For these reasons I recommend Ms Davoudi to anyone thinking of selling or buying a house without any reservation and I am confident that they would be happy with their selection.
