I worked in the Corporate world for 30 years and now want to help people buy or sale homes, while also utilizing my photography skills on listed properties. Gilbert has been my home for 18 years after living in both Chandler and Mesa for 12 years. I love the community of Gilbert for it's friendly people and all of it's conveniences to shops, parks, restaurants and stores. It is a great place to live. 12/06/2015 - craigljay Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2015 in Chandler, AZ. I am in the process of selling my home. I am currently working with Edward Berry on the second offer. He has been extremely helpful with finding market comps to determine my initial list price, he manages the other realtor's showings and lets me know when they are expected to be in the home, he also obtains feedback from prospective buyers and provides me with this feedback. His knowledge and expertise in the industry is phenomenal. He has always been very responsive, even late in the evening and early in the morning so that I know what to expect at all times. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor and I would use him again in the future. You can't go wrong with Edward Berry.
