Hello and Welcome! You have landed on my Home Page and I am proud to tell you about my career as a Realtor. As of 2020 I have been honored to achieve the Realtor Emeritus designation which signifies my 44th year of servicing the Capital Region of New York State as a Real Estate professional. I am also designated as an Associate Broker, Certified E Pro, SRES with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services based in the Greenbush Office and a proud member of the Brewer Morris Team. Our motto is: "Exceeding Expectations on a Daily Basis". In 2019 our Team closed 120 transactions with over $26,000,000 in Sales Volume. We were named the Top Team in Rensselaer County (AGAIN) and one of the top teams in the entire Capital District. We are very proud of our success and we will continue to build on it, into 2020!

I have been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions during my career, and this experience is what separates me from the crowded field of local Realtors.
