We contracted The Freeman Group to represent us in the sale of my mother's house on Long Beach Island around the 1st of December 2010. The Freemans were able to identify a desirable buyer, negotiate a fair deal for both parties and stayed closely involved throughout the whole inspection process and were instrumental in effecting an orderly transfer of ownership. The closing took place on February 16, 2011; the whole process from listing to closing was ten weeks. Ed was always available with excellent advice and respectful sensitivity and patience to our elderly mother's and our questions and concerns. The Freemans made what could have been a more than laborious process one that went very smoothly. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Freeman Group on either side of any transaction. -- dan rutledge

Ed has been fantastic getting the appropriate folks involved to answer the many puzzling questions on construction and new flood requirements. Found Ed after looking through his Zillow reviews and he did not disappoint. Eddie showed us a very good variety of properties to help us understand what was available and also gauge our needs, but had the perfect property for us saved for last. We fell in love, and Ed was very good in setting pricing expectations and negotiating a deal with the seller. From there - he went over and above as we went through the remaining process, even as a few bumps in the road occurred. He was always straight forward with us, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy on the island.

My husband and I began working with Ed when we called about one of his listings. As he listened to what we really wanted, he knew that property was not it.
