Eddie is a fantastic agent! Helped us sell our home and handled everything after we moved out of state. He offers great service and peace of mind. His down to earth easy going approach is awesome for the client and his no-nonsense "bulldog" switch can be flipped when needed to protect the best interest of whoever he is working for. Eddie has great communication and does the right thing for his clients! As a fellow real estate agent I can say he is truly a cut above the rest. Eddie is a phenomenal realtor. He is very easy to contact and almost always has availability for showings. My wife and I sold and bought a house through Eddie.

Listing the house was done with good input on how to stage the home and what kind of things needed to be fixed. When we did hire contractors, Eddie would go into our crawl space with them to confirm that work actually needed to be done and that it was done appropriately.

Eddie navigated “red flag” and sketchy buyers/buying agents with ease and professionalism. He handled frustrating conversations with professionalism where most people would not have. When he needs to, there is no problem with his ability to have a tough conversations. Most realtors in the region know and respect his excellent work ethic.

I am very happy with the deal he struck selling our home. Eddie has been thorough on all of his administrative duties and even checks over others to ensure a smooth closing.

I really didn’t think it was possible to find a house that “checked all our boxes” in this market, but Eddie did. Eddie helped my wife and I find our “forever home.” If it weren’t for that, I would absolutely use Eddie again. I recommend him to everyone I know that is in the market for a new home.

First of all Eddie herb is one of my trusted friends for many many years as far as a realtor there are none better he is genuinely concerned for the seller or the buyer whichever it may be he's the type of person that will get the job done! His persistence was the reason that my house sold as quick as it did even in the worst real estate sales market since 1995. Two words to describe Eddie? Knowledgeable and honest. As first time home buyers, we really needed both. His background experience and familiarity with the area both make him very knowledgeable, and he spoke the truth to us every step of the way. No fluff, no trying to get a quick sale. Working with Ed was very delightful. He met me at every house I wanted to visit with plenty of information about the property and also walked through the house making notes of things that might be issues during the inspection process. His network of contacts allowed the process from offer to closing to go smoothly and everything finished on time. Eddie was very detailed and more than willing to go above and beyond to help us sell our home. Even with the market taking a turn for the worst, we were still able to get our home sold. Now, when I say above and beyond, he offered to help paint rooms, he helped us move out heavy furniture, and he was always willing to make the drive out if we needed anything.
