I listed my fathers estate home with Ed, he was recommended by my estate attorney, great recommendation! I live in Virginia, given the frigid northern winter and the outbreak of covid I depended on Ed for support I'd never ask from a realtor, he truly performed above and beyond any expectations I had. Whether it was managing a major clean up and prep, checking the fuel oil, sending weekly viewing status or attending the septic inspection he was there for me, not to mention rushing to the house for a plumbing emergency, thanks again Ed. Ed delivered true peace of mind, he had my back, he'll have your back, he's just that kind of guy. A real pro !

We were referred to Ed by a friend who knew we had a difficult property to sell in the City of Albany. Ed quickly assessed the property, the community, analyzed the market and was able to attract considerable interests in our property.

We were quite surprised because what appeared to make the difference was Ed’s considerable experience, knowledge of the market and community, but mostly his integrity and command of value in the assessment of our particular property.

He gave us no nonsense advice for preparing the house for viewing and we were thrilled with low cost, high impact investments to optimize the sale. He helped us seal the deal, held our hand throughout the processes and positioned us to purchase a new home in a suburb of Schenectady.

We were so happy with Ed’s services that we already reached out to him to help with the sale of our current home. He already advised us on a preparation plan that we currently have underway. I recently relocated outside of New York state and decided to sell the home I owned in Ballston Spa, NY. I had decided to interview 3 realtor to list my home. The first realtor I interview arrived late for the appointment and did not come prepared for the meeting. The 2nd realtor was more interested in listing my home as a rental property and she would manage the property. After I interview the first two realtors I became discouraged at the professionalism of these two real estate companies. I later decided to contact a local representative of a Ballston Spa area Prudential Realtor now known as Berkshire Hathaway and ask that a representative come to my home and give me a market analysis of my property. Mr.. Ed Hersh arrived on time, very groomed and prepared to discuss the market in my area. I informed him that I am ready to sell asap. He informed me that the key to selling my home was to make sure the house was priced right and was within market prices. I listed the home with Ed Hersh and sold my home within 8 weeks. I would recommend Ed Hersh for all your real estate needs.
