Simply put, Edwin is a consummate professional in his field. He handled us with such tact and patience at every step as we looked for our new home in one of the most competitive markets we've seen in recent times. He was great at advising us in structuring competitive offers, so much so that we entered into negotiations on several properties before we found the one we ultimately call home.

My honest review:
I started the journey to look for a property about 9 months ago (doing research , and shopping for towns in nj to live) without a realtor . One day about 6months ago,I went to an open house and stumbled upon Edwin Juste from diamond Remax and started conversation . That same day he got me preapproved for a mortgage in 1 hour and helped me place an offer on that home.It was insane how quickly I was able to move with Edwin - every weekend helping me find a home and placing offers . After about 9 offers in 6 different towns I was finally able to close. Thank you Edwin for your patience and professionalism .

Edwin is a true professional. He is a very knowledgeable and capable in all areas of a sale or purchase of a property . Kind, courteous and friendly, he makes you feel like you are family. Edwin walked us through the entire process from beginning to closing. He is aware of market values, and priced our home just right, resulting in an extremely fast sale. If we left messages with questions or concerns about anything, they were always answered promptly. Edwin even extended his services and expertise on a future home that we will purchase. As a first-time home buyer, finding a home can be a very daunting experience. Edwin explained the buying process in a way that was easy to understand from the making of the offer, to tips, and excellent feedback when dealing with my mortgage broker and lawyer as we got closer to the closing date.
