Edwin St Aubin helped me purchase my first home in 1985. I chose Ed based on a recommendation from a relative who worked with him at the time. She said he’s the best-of-the-best, and it turned out he was. He also helped my daughter, co-workers, and countless friends and acquaintances find theirs. While it seems everyone may have a friend or a family member who is in real estate that they think will help them out, they don’t have one with St Aubin’s capabilities and experience.
Ed has many characteristics and capabilities that set him above the competition. Occasionally he gets early access to properties before they are listed, due to his large network of acquaintances, he has experience in dealing with problems most would be stymied by, can provide useful financing guidance and assistance, etc. He has experience beyond 95% of his competitors, and was one of the tops in sales in the country, not just locally for many years. He got to the top by giving people exactly what they ask for, at the best price, as quickly as possible, and by working endlessly to meet your expectations. You don’t waste time seeing properties that don’t meet your expectations. Ed will have you laser focused on exactly what you want in record time, even if you aren’t sure yourself, that’s where experience differentiates him from the rest. I’ve met many agents in my 40+ years of home ownership, and I haven’t met 1 agent that is even 1/2 as good as he is.

Agent commissions are the same where ever you go, so why sign up with a fast talking pushy amateur, who spends their time trying to talk you into something that you aren’t crazy about just to close any deal quickly, or put you in a property that will be a problem in the future, when you can get a top performer for the same fixed cost? He is the best.

If you looking for a "Top notch" real estate agent, Ed at St.Aubin real estate is the way to go. I would give him 6 stars if I was able. Ed helped us to buy and sell last year and he made it a smooth and pleasent process. We were very picky when looking for our new home and Ed was very patient and helpful thru the 7 month journey. Ed also sold our old home, and from listing to closing he made it all happen in less than 30 days, and he got us well over asking price to boot. Ed is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estae buying and selling and takes the time to answer any and all questions and requests. He's also a heck of nice guy, too. I highly recommend Edwin St. Aubin when choosing a real estate agent.

I would highly recommend Ed. He has sold 2 homes for us over the years. Most recently in October 2024. Ed is very thorough, detailed and professional. He was available any time we had questions and called us with any pertinent updates throughout the process.
