To say our experience with Edwina was good quality is a gross understatement. She is 100% that chick who will not only fight to get you to see that house, she will fight to get you to closing on that house and, in a housing market that has been defined by bidding wars and overpriced values, she helped us navigate through the process every step of the way. A few things to highlight:

Prompt and responsive- I found Edwina online (no referral) and decided to reach out via email to schedule time to speak within the next week or so. She called me literally WITHIN 2 MINUTES. We spent an hour on the phone discussing what we were looking for and what houses were currently on the market. Before we ended our call, she already had houses booked for tours 2 days later.

Master of her field- We arrived at the first house (currently, our new home), and she knew everything about it. This is important because I had gone on some tours with other realtors from another realtor company (which will remain nameless) and their realtors were horrible. They didn't know how long the house was vacant, what were the new add-ons, age of roof, etc. Edwina knew everything. And better than that, she had already established positive relationships with other realtors so she was able to get additional information from the seller's agent instantly. Before we left the house that day, Edwina asked me "What do you need to know today that will help you make a decision?". I told her what I needed to know.. This was at 4pm on Saturday. By 11:30p that night she had texted me the answer and next steps.

Committed- once we decided to put an offer on the table, Edwina was on it. She contacted my lender (out of state!) and reached out to the seller's agent. She was literally fighting for us every step of the way. There were at least 3 offers on the table (maybe more), and in the end, we got the house. She arrived to our closing with gifts being just as excited as we were, so much so that the settlement agent thought we were related lol.. He was so amazed at how she had become part of our family. She really stood out, and I was so proud to have her on my team..

All honor and glory be unto God who set things in motion, and placed Edwina in our path. Her dedication, amazing personality, and excellence made everything come together. She is by far the BEST realtor I have ever worked with, and would recommend her to anyone. Believe me, she will get you in your dream home like she did for us. AMAZING!!!

We have a great time working with Edwina buying a house and selling our condo. Edwina is very professional and responsive, and extremely patient with all of our questions. It was not easy buying a house with this crazy market and Edwina was able to help us beating out multiple offers. She sold our condo 15k over the asking price, and even went out of her way to help us dealing with varies issues that arise during and after the process. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I met Edwina at one of our mutual friend's events. I learned she was a realtor and we clicked right away! From there, she took me all the way to closing. We have been on this home buying journey for 2 years and she never once showed an ounce of doubt, impatience, or frustration. She continued to stay the course with me through all the ups, downs, and setbacks. Though I had certain barriers, she remained a cheerleader; super encouraging, positive, and professional.

I've met many realtors but one thing that stood out is Edwina's "above and beyond" attitude. She genuinely seeks to build lasting relationships with her clients; not only to meet their needs, but to ensure they are comfortable, secure, and knowledgeable during the entire process.
I am very particular =) and Edwina knew exactly what I was looking for. One day, we spent hours looking at soooo many homes & none of them were "the one". She said "let's not give up". The next morning, I went online to revisit a condo she sent me prior to, that I initially turned down. I asked if we could quickly go see it and without hesitation, Edwina met me there. As soon as we entered the condo, we both knew it was the perfect home for me. I felt peace and in about 5 minutes, Edwina left to work on an offer. She was able to extend the offer deadline AND we were last to make an offer. But because of Edwina's proficient skills, persistence and confidence, she put us in as one of the top 2 offers amongst 10 offers. This day was my favorite part of the process because this is when I had to release my urge to control the process (a new process as a first-time homebuyer) and trust her as my realtor & trust that if this home was for me, it would work out. I'm glad I did.

She worked earnestly on this offer and it was accepted the same day!!! The rest is history and Edwina walked me through each step afterwards; ensuring that I felt good about my lender and so forth. With today's market being as crazy as it is, I'm not sure I would've gotten a home without her (tears). She made my closing experience special and I've sincerely found a friend in her. As we say, "we locked in" and I wouldn't hesitate working with her again or referring her to friends and family. She knows her stuff!! Thanks Edwina!!! God Bless.

I loved my experience working with Edwina Rogers with Century 21 on selling my home. She was very professional from the first day I meant her. I was very much comfortable with Edwina and had no worries about getting my house sold. She had professional photos taken which I think was key in getting folks in to see the house. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly. My house was on the market for 4 days and 15 offers came in all over asking before accepting $25,000 over asking. Yes! Yes!
You won’t go wrong working with Edwina on selling your house.

I can truly say that they don’t make realtors like Edwina anymore! She has gone far and beyond to make sure that I was able to purchase my first home in an area that I loved with a price that I could afford. Edwina was extremely responsive and could accommodate my request for showings at any time. She is also an expert about special financing programs — she knows exactly what and who to work to the most bang for your buck. Edwina has intimate knowledge of the Washington DC and Baltimore regions, and she has special insights on future growth in a particular community or area — like if there is a new shopping center nearby or new school construction in the school boundaries. Edwina has a get-it-done attitude and will go to bat and negotiate down to the dollar — she was able to help me save thousands of dollars in future repairs by skillfully negotiating an inspection repairs addendum and made my first home truly “turnkey.” Buying your first home can be very stressful due to the complicated processes involved, but Edwina breaks it down like no other. She explained everything so simply that I became interested in becoming a realtor myself! Having Edwina as my realtor was truly an adventure. Very rarely will you find someone who will land you your dream home on the first try. Thank You So Much Edwina!

I have found my go to realtor in Maryland. She not only helped me through every process but her knowledge and expertise in the field put me at ease during such a strenuous, stressful time. Every obstacle, she approached head on with clarity and a plan that got me to our goal of buying my dream home, in the perfect location.
To me, without Ms. Rogers expertise, I wouldn't have been able to purchase my home.
I have tried other realtors, but the drive, know how, personality of Ms. Rogers made it clear to me that she was cut from a different cloth and following my instincts she was able to manage, handle and fully assure me that I would get my dream home. Edwina helped us purchase our home this year in Columbia, MD. She is extremely knowledgeable, and made what could be a dreaded process, a smooth and enjoyable one. Her work ethic was incredible. We couldn't have been more pleased with Edwina. As first-time home buyers, she was a patient guide and invaluable resource to us. Edwina Rogers was great throughout the entire home purchase experience. Above all else, she listened to my needs and requirements which is unusual in this day and age. She clearly went "above and beyond" her normal job requirements to make sure my home purchase experience was excellent. There are so many things to consider when purchasing a home and Edwina seemed to always be on top of whatever was next. She was a pleasure to work with.
