About Effie

I am from a big family with seven brothers and sisters, I have two children, a daughter and a son. I am also a grandmother to Bella, Jenna, Reed, Wilton and Kirtley. I was born and raised in Frankfort KY and I graduated from Franklin County High School so I have deep roots in the Frankfort area. I have several certifications in technology software at New Horizons in Lexington Kentucky. I retired from Kentucky State Government in 2014 and stepped right into my real estate business full time. My biggest personal achievement is raising two beautiful children that have made me very proud. I am so happy with my career in real estate assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in Frankfort Kentucky and nearby Lawrenceburg area. I love solving issues and finding solutions that will work best for whatever goal someone may have. I am honest and loyal to everyone I work with and have worked with in my past. I look forward to meeting new people and helping their dreams become a reality!

Effie Carpenter was my realtor for the selling of my home this year. Having been in my home for 12 years, she helped recommend things I could do to prepare for selling, such as de-cluttering, curb appeal, picking paint colors & flooring, staging for showings, etc. So, there was prep work involved even before she began actually attempting to sell my house. My ad was professional, she held open-houses & it wasn't listed long at all before I had an offer & accepted. She's available when you need her to be, professional & her personality is one that people enjoy working with! I highly recommend Effie for helping either sell a home or help find a new home, like she's doing for me now. She seeks out properties that you'll like & forwards them to the buyer to view. She's available to show you homes on your schedule. I've already recommended her to my other family & friends, who are using her now as well! We all greatly enjoy working with Effie!
