I had a great experience working with Eileen on the sale of a single family home in summer 2021. Eileen was extremely professional, very diligent, and was always prompt in her communications. It was always a pleasure speaking with her and she always took an interest in our feelings about the process. Perhaps most importantly, she gave us the information we needed to make a decision but always made it clear that it was our decision to make and was never pushy. I would recommend Eileen to anyone without disclaimers or hesitation. There is so much more to real estate than simply marketing your house (which Eileen did impeccably, by the way. Our photos were gorgeous and she gave staging advice on every room). We learned while collaborating with Eileen on our home sale, that the real value in hiring her is the heavy lifting behind the scenes work that she completed efficiently and without hesitation, especially in regards to buyer and transaction due diligence. We didn’t do much at all —other than follow her guidance and focus on our move and family — and we sold our house on very favorable terms. This was the easiest transaction we’ve completed to date!

Eileen was a pleasure to work with. She explained the reasoning behind all of her suggestions regarding pricing and what should be done to make the house marketable and what could be left for the buyer to do according to their tastes. We received multiple offers above asking price on the first day of showing and several others until we went to contract. She explained advantages and disadvantages of each offer and we accepted an offer from someone who did not need to sell an existing home in order to buy. . The entire process and result exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Eileen for any real estate transaction

After doing some research online for the right agent after a negative experience with a prior agent, my wife and I contacted Eileen to help us look for homes in the Lynbrook and Malverne area. She was very knowledgeable of the area and understood exactly what we were looking for in a house. At no point in our search did we feel like we were being sold something we did not 100% feel comfortable with. Eileen’s goals were perfectly aligned with me and my wife’s goals. Working with Eileen was fantastic! She is knowledgeable, responsive and patient. She understood our needs and was patient while working with us to juggle our busy family and work schedules. Our process took some time in a low inventory, highly competitive market. Eileen was with us every step of the way, providing great guidance and direction. She came up with terrific solutions and even helped us find a rental when school deadlines loomed and panic set in while we continued to look at houses to buy.
