Eileen helped me buy and sell two homes in Flagstaff in 2020 when the market was really heating up. She knows the Flagstaff market and she’s trust-worthy. She is efficient and has a no-nonsense, get-it-done attitude that helps move deals quickly but she’s also detail-oriented and very thorough. She doesn’t hesitate to dig in and get more information if something doesn’t seem quite right. What impressed me most about Eileen was that she is highly professional but also compassionate and caring. She always answered her phone and she responded to my emails within minutes, even at 5am. She has the boundless energy of someone who really loves her job.

Without hesitation, we HIGHLY recommend Eileen as a realtor. She has far exceeded our expectations and has helped make our real estate dreams a reality, assisting us in both selling and buying properties. She is super responsive, knows the market, sets realistic and achievable expectations, and helped us navigate the wild Flagstaff real estate market, easing our stress and keeping us updated at every turn. She is a great negotiator and has an excellent network that we have been able to tap in to with great results (local lenders, painters, roofers, etc.)
We are thrilled to know her and so very grateful for all of her help and expertise.

PS As for some of the negative reviews, I imagine that some people have unrealistic expectations of the market and/or unreasonable demands. We have had nothing but ABOVE and BEYOND care from Eileen and her team.
