Assisting people with buying and selling Real Estate is all about helping them. The best part of my life has always been when I can be around people and help them with their choices. This career is about spending time with people, helping them make big decisions, and seeing the satisfaction of a new home with them. It is all worth it when you visit the smile on their face! Growing up in Pella, I lived in an 1871 brick Victorian home in the National Historical Museum. This home inspired a dream to build a new house similar to that style. Several years later, I made a new custom Victorian home. The experience of building was quite a learning and challenging situation. I graduated with a degree in the medical field and a BS in Marketing. I enjoy volunteering in the community, my church, and school, that my sons, attended in Urbandale. I love meeting new people and get to know what they are all about. Relationships are valuable and significant to me, and trust is also a part of that equation. I have researched many 55+ living areas as well as Assisted Care for the Elderly, and with that knowledge I am ready to assist you in that step to downsize as you need or want.
CRS - Certified Residential Specialist
CRS is the highest credential awarded to the residential sales agents. Gaining more knowledge to better assist my clients with buying or selling is important to me.
GRI - Graduate REALTOR® Institute
The GRI designation is considered the nation’s number one real estate designation. This designation is allowing me to better serve and protect my clients with an understanding of laws, technology and procedures.
