Elaine Drake

Elaine has been in the Real Estate industry for over 28 years; six years in residential sales and management in Idaho, two years in California Property Management, and 20 years of residential sales in San Diego North County.

Elaine came to San Marcos in 1988 from Twin Falls, Idaho. She worked for a few years with Coast and County Realtors then in 1994, she became licensed with Real Estate 7/Terry Ray Realtors. Real Estate 7 sold the majority of homes in Lake San Marcos for over 23 years. Real Estate 7 closed due to the illness and the unfortunate passing of Terry Ray, Broker/Owner.

Elaine moved her license to Realty Executives in Vista in 2006, where she continued to focus on marketing Lake San Marcos homes. Having remembered how convenient it was for clients to have a local office, Elaine jumped at the opportunity to join Lake and Coast Real Estate.
Elaine is a full-time Realtor, a positive negotiator, and has an excellent reputation for integrity and professionalism. She is knowledgeable concerning the market value history of Lake San Marcos properties and educated on current economic trends. She belongs to the Local, State, and National Board of Realtors and subscribes to the Realtors Code of Ethics.
