Update 3 years later...

Let me start off by saying there is no better realtor in Missouri. Elaine Edgar was the 1st and only agent who contacted us (we contacted multiple) when we got military orders here and worked with us over the phone until we arrived in Cape Girardeau then found us the perfect home, which she made the process so easy. 3 years later we got military orders again and of course we contacted Elaine to sell our home (she's the best) within that day she had all of our paper work done and ready to put on the marker. Day 2 she sold our home for OVER what we were trying to get. Not only is she an amazing realtor she's an even more amazing kind person. I would and I do recommend Elaine Edgar over and over and over again. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Elaine has made our experience one of the easiest and BEST, her knowledge is beyond just a realtor. She goes out of her way day and night to make sure you are happy if you email/text or call her, her response is immediately. She listens to your every detail. We contacted her all the way in California letting her know we had military orders to Missouri and she was so helpful even though she was across the United states. She had many houses to look at when we arrived listening to every little detail. Our family is grateful for such a wonderful realtor who thinks of her clients and making sure my boys where in a safe neighborhood and an awesome school district. If you are looking to buy a home I would recommend Elaine Edgar over and over again. When we get our orders to leave there will only be one relator that I would trust and that's Elaine.
