I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Northeast Columbia office in Columbia S.C. Columbia is centrally located in the state being 2.5 hours away from Myrtle Beach, SC, 2 hours away from Charleston, and 2 hours away from the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. I am an experienced engineer/business manager having specialized in business case analysis, engineering designs - floor layouts, project management and contract management. I retired last year after spending eight years as a high school Engineering Instructor helping students learn about engineering careers through hands-on projects.
