About Elaine

In 2014, Elaine Holman decided to move from her home state of North Carolina to Savannah, following her husband’s job change. The move was a positive step and she discovered a love of Savannah’s climate, often telling clients stories of eating on the back porch and playing corn hole in the yard on Thanksgiving during the mild November weather. Elaine’s professional life lends itself to sales - in North Carolina she worked for 20 years for a plastics company holding positions in marketing and event planning. This exposure helps her be organized and meticulous when she is involved with a new home purchase. She has 11 years of experience in real estate with four of those at Landmark 24 Homes. As she began with the company, she was voted Rookie of the Year and by 2017, made the top sales for Landmark. She also has been awarded the Summit Circle Silver Citation Award in 2016 and 2017 and the Distinguished Sales Society in 2016 and 2017. A member of Savannah’s Young Council of Realtors, Elaine enjoys learning even more about the Savannah area as she moves through Landmark’s communities selling houses.

She was always a first-time homebuyer specialist. Her nurturing and honest approach makes buyers feel comfortable asking questions and allowing her to take care of their needs. Elaine feels assured of the quality of construction she is selling, “Landmark does a better job of building, and the end product looks better. The finishings are tasteful and there is a feeling of quality. A lot of people tell me that.” She especially enjoys that Landmark has their own warranty representatives that tour the homes with the buyers after construction, inspecting and explaining their benefits. She knows this gives their customers great peace of mind.

Now that her daughter has moved to Colorado, Elaine and her husband find themselves empty nesters, which has opened a fun new group of customers. She now understands the needs of families wanting to downsize their houses and their responsibilities after their children are gone.

As you would expect of any North Carolina native, Elaine and her husband love the Carolina Panthers. They are not casual fans, holding season tickets for the last four years. They are also members of the Panther’s fan club, the Roaring Riot, which hosts tailgating and raises funds for the Cam Newton Foundation. The Holmans travel at least once a year to an out-of-town game to join the Panther community.

If clients find themselves scared of the new home buying process, she is an ideal agent to help soothe their stress. She puts a high priority on communication, making herself available for concerns. Whether the customer is buying a home for the first or for the last time, she focuses on handling the details to eliminate worries.
