Elaine was very professional and knowledgeable. She was extremely attentive and walked us through the entire timeline of selling the house from start to finish, so we knew exactly what to expect. Her stagers made our home look even more spectacular and the photos/video of the house were phenomenal! We were in a multiple offer situation and she took the time to explain each and every offer so we were able to make an educated decision on which offer was best for us. I highly recommend going with Elaine if you are buying or selling, we could not be more pleased with the experience and customer service she provided!!! Listed the house on a Thursday evening and had 13 exceptional offers by Sunday.

Elaine is amazing! In this market I wasn’t sure if I would get what I really want but with her as my agent I did! She has years of experience and tons of connections in the community. Elaine is a diamond! She has helped us buy and sell a house. She is extremely communicative and responsive, always patient in answering questions and helping reach decisions. She’ll help you balance pros and cons, and has a proven successful way to help you reach your goals. Even as we moved away from the state, she went out of her way to personally interview realtors at our destination to ensure we had a realtor that would do half of what she does for you.

Hands down, the best realtor to use in northeast Florida.

The reason for my review is to capture the amazing work Elaine was able to do from coordinating the viewing of the home. The ease of understanding the paperwork/facilitating long distance. Furthermore she understood the military needs and requirements ultimately finding us the right lender and my new amazing home.
