Elaine Pardalos

The process of buying or selling a house can be easy and successful. Elaine has over 25 years of professional experience in management primarily with finance, architecture and construction firms involved in real estate ventures. With the knowledge she gained working many aspects of a business deal, Elaine believes that working with informed clients makes for a winning transaction.

Elaine’s goal is to build a relationship with her clients to understand their particular needs so that she can focus her efforts effectively on their behalf. Her involvement with various organizations provides her with valuable information to share with her clients regarding the local communities, schools, town scene, etc. She has listed and sold homes in Montclair, Glen Ridge, Verona, Bloomfield, West Orange, the Caldwells, Short Hills, Millburn, Maplewood, Clifton, Ridgewood and many other towns in Essex, Morris and Bergen counties.

To remain a top expert in real estate, Elaine attends numerous professional seminars annually and keeps current her affiliations with the National Association of Realtors, the NJ Association of Realtors, the West Essex Board of Realtors and is also a member of both the Garden State and the New Jersey MLS.

Elaine moved from Park Slope, Brooklyn to Upper Montclair some 20 years ago and admits that she was concerned about missing the diversity in people, cultures and food that she so loved about the city. She quickly realized that living here gave her the best of city living in a more user friendly environment and she has never looked back!

Elaine resides in Upper Montclair with her partner and son where she enjoys being involved in local and regional organizations including the Montclair Special Education Parent Advisory Council (PAC), Relay for Life, Dress for Success, Rainbow Families of New Jersey (RFNJ), UMDNJ Medial Students & Families Awareness Program, NJ Center for Outreach and Services for the Autism Community (COSAC), Autism Speaks and Autism Now.

Professionally, Elaine is a member of the West Essex Board of Realtors where she has served on several committees, including Realtors Political Action Committee, Grievance Committee and Realtor of the Year. As a relocation director, Elaine is involved with The New York Metro Group and Women in Relocation.

Elaine regularly presents Home Buying and Home Selling classes through the Adult School of Montclair and at area libraries and NYC forums. Elaine has a graduate degree from Syracuse University and is fluent in Arabic.
