A life-long Dutchess County resident, Elaine is married with 3 children. She volunteers for the PTO, the Greater Hudson Valley Girl Scouts, CYO basketball, and Rebuilding Together Dutchess County.

Elaine is a member of Dutchess County Association of Realtors, and the Westchester/Putnam and Orange County Multiple Listing Services. She is a member of Dutchess County Womens Council of Realtors.
