Elba was an amazing realtor to work with who knew how to empathize and connect with her clients. She was thorough, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process from listing to closing.

She simplified what would seem a a complicated process especially to a first-time homeowner such as my wife and I. We had a lot of questions and concerns and she took care of us.

With the understanding that she has a busy schedule, my only feedback is acknowledgement of receiving messages either through email or text. So that clients wouldn't have to expect an answer on the same day.

Otherwise, it was a wholesome first experience and we would gladly pick her again as our realtor!

Elba made selling our house easy. She was always professional. One important factor for recommending her is her quick responses to:emails, texts, zoom calls, and phone calls. This is so important because of the market in the Colorado.
