Elber helped my Husband and I find our home. He was proactive always sending listing of homes. He was patient with my Husband and me when we wanted to look in different areas that we origin weren’t looking at. He also gave us the space we needed when we had just exhausted our options with the current competitive market. He had knowledge of the properties and was always honest and gave us advice on finding the right fit. He never tried to convince us on a home that would not fit what we were looking for.

After looking at what seemed like ‘hundreds’ of homes to my Husband we finally were able to find the right fit for us to give our kids a home and start building equity. I met Elber while trying to find a rental property in Maryland, close to the DC area. My husband and I were preparing to make a big move from Philadelphia to Maryland which is about 2.5-3 hours away. Elber worked efficiently to help us find a really great home in record timing (about a week)! We worked mostly virtually and through text messages/phone calls and he made himself available at all hours of the day (especially since I was working overnights at the time as well). He went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience possible and made sure our signing of the contract went smoothly. He even offered to drive the keys to our new rental property on our move in day if our landlord was incapable of meeting us, which was absolutely amazing! My overall experience working with Elber was exceptional and I could not of asked anything more of him. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a realtor in Maryland or Virginia.
