A Northerner by birth but a local at heart, Eleanor has long since traded the Northeast for our salt air and live oaks. After years of watching Wilmington grow, she’s a fixture of the coastal community who knows the "Old Wilmington" secrets as well as the new hotspots. She doesn't just work here—she lives for everything this town offers and loves putting her expertise to work for her clients.
Eleanor leverages her renovation and fixer-upper expertise, and specialized National Association of REALTORS® ABR and GREEN designations to guide residential clients through every market shift. By identifying high-potential properties for buyers and highlighting sustainable, high-performance features for sellers, she ensures every client achieves their ideal home goals.
Before joining Intracoastal Realty, Eleanor spent over 20 years in tech PR, working with Fortune 500 companies and startups. Most recently, she ran her own consultancy specializing in media relations and content marketing for growing businesses. Eleanor delivers expert marketing and project management with a sharp focus on client needs.
As a designated mentor in Intracoastal Realty’s Mentoring Program, Eleanor helps new agents gain the confidence and knowledge they need to achieve success and become outstanding real estate agents.
In her free time, Eleanor enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, either biking, hiking, or going on adventures with her family and black Lab named Willa. Eleanor regularly participates in national Bike MS events, to help raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She is also a member of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, and an active volunteer and fundraiser for Paws4People Foundation.
