About Elias

Eli is a full-time real estate enthusiast (for 13 years) and a full-time life enthusiast (for 43 years).

He grew up in Minnesota and loves his job. Guiding people through some of the biggest moments of their lives is a sizable undertaking and he takes it very seriously. Every day is different, every client is different, and every home is different. That means each day he must stay focused and on my toes!

He always keeps a few select principles at heart when he conducts his business: practice good karma, be good to himself and be good to others. The details will follow, and good things will happen for all. He past clients will agree; in fact, 85%-90% of the transactions typically are repeat and referral clients. Running my real estate practice at Engel & Volker’s is a natural extension of these core values, as E&V truly personifies them as well.

On a more personal note: Music! He’s a life-long drummer and went to school for music. He played and taught in marching percussion, rock bands, hip-hop bands and he loves going to see live shows. He lives in South Minneapolis with my wife Emily, their son Miles, and our fur-babies (2 dogs and a cat). He loves rock climbing, yoga, skiing of both varieties, wine, beer, eating out and in.
