Elias responded within hours after I asked Zillow for information on a house I found on their website. That property didn't work out, but Elias knew what I was looking for and sent me info on properties almost daily. He went above and beyond helping me. I found a house much quicker than expected but again, Elias helped me through the purchasing process. If you are looking for a relator who has knowledge in all areas, Elias is your match. He stayed along with my husband and I for 1.5 years while we navigated selling a home and then buying a home. He was ALWAYS available anytime we had a quick question. He was ALWAYS able to show us a home within a 24hr timeframe and even took us back several times to see a home that we were interested in. When we finally made an offer on our home we were dealing with repairs that were pushing back the process. Elias physically went to the property we were buying and helped the seller repair a few things that the bank was requesting. This floored us! We were so grateful because we were on a tight time crunch. Once this was all compete, Elias got all of the paperwork completed asap so we could close within the next week. Everything worked out perfect and it was mostly because our relator was phenomenal, knowledgable, and dependable. Elias is an absolutely fantastic realtor to work with! We knew we were moving to the Albuquerque area several months in advance and did lots of online searching, but he was able to find properties we would have never come across or even thought of, all of which fit our fairly specific criteria. Our search quickly centered on the East Mountains (Tijeras, Edgewood, Moriarty) and having Elias alongside us while walking through each house was key since he was able to explain all the particulars involved with living in this semi-rural, mountainous area (water wells, septic systems, etc.). His network of contractors, inspectors, and other professionals was very helpful too. Not once were we waiting on Elias for paperwork, responses to questions, or any other actions needed for buying a home. In the end, his great negotiating skills got us a deal on an absolutely amazing house in a perfect location for our family.
