I’m Elisa Hammer, previously Elisa Reed, a proud native of Hardin County, Kentucky, where I’ve not only built my career but also my life. As an enthusiastic real estate agent, I find immense joy in helping individuals discover their dream homes in the heart of my hometown.

Beyond the world of real estate, my personal life is a mosaic of love and connections. Recently, engaged to my best friend, I embrace the joys of being a devoted mother to three wonderful children and a delighted grandmother to two adorable grandchildren.
